International Shipping And Courier Services

Maison Mondiva within one to two business days of receipt of payment. We ship worldwide using FedEx International Priority and DHL Express, ensuring fast delivery of the item, often by the next day.

We charge a flat fee which covers both shipping costs and any duties, calculated at checkout.

We ship via DHL Express and FedEx Express overseas, typical Monday through Friday. We charge a flatfee for shipping and duties.

Should customs in the Buyer’s country require additional duties, the Buyer is responsible for such additional charges. If the Buyer decides to reject the package, we will request a return. Buyer is responsible for any costs we incur due to the return and such costs will be deducted from the refund.

If you have any questions with regard to custom charges, please contact us. All shipments are fully insured for loss in transit except for seizure by custom authorities.

Note that our typical shipping schedule is Monday through Thursday. Any orders received on Friday ship the following Monday.

Items shipped overseas are insured in the event of loss by FedEx or DHL in most international locations. We cannot insure for seizure by customs.

In addition to shipping, Madison Avenue Couture can arrange for an item to be hand carried to the recipient. Additional charges apply. Please contact us for details.

Madison Avenue Couture accepts credit cards and bank wire payments.

Credit card payments are subject to a credit check. If our risk managementagency does not approval the payment, customers have the option of paying via bank wire only.
